  • Booths available for rental to groups/individuals interested in joining St. Lawrence Day Activities.

  • Booth Fee: $15.00 each - first two booths; third booth free.

Contact the Town Office at 873-2222 to arrange for booth space and for payment of booth fees prior to 4:00p.m., July 29th, 2005.

Booths not to operate until the conclusion of the opening ceremonies.

As in past years, this year's event will start with a parade at 10:00a.m. from the Stella Maris parking lot- all groups/individuals are encouraged to decorate their cars and enter the parade. (Register with Mario Perrot at 873-2844) children are encouraged to decorate their bikes and join the fun.

ATV's are permitted in the parade with the following conditions:

  • Vehicle has to be registered and insured.

  • Driver to have valid drivers license

  • Occupants to wear helmets

  • Vehicle to remain on parade route

  • ATV's not to be overloaded

The RCMP and cadets, followed by antique cars will lead the parade. A prize of $25.00 will be awarded to the best float.

At the conclusion of the parade the Opening Ceremonies will take place at the Laurentian grounds. The ceremony will conclude with the official opening of St. Lawrence Day.

Then the fun begins with booths offering punch box, spin tickets, fishing game, dart game, face painting, money tree, tickets & Nevadas, basketball skills contest, miniature golf, dunk tank, soccer skills, and pie throwing.

Everyone is invited to attend and enjoy the fun.

Under 12 boys soccer game August 6/05 at 12:15 p.m. St. Lawrence vs. Mount Pearl.

At 3:00p.m. there will be a "CHALLENGE CUP SOCCER GAME"

between the St. Lawrence Laurentians VS Mount Pearl. A good game is expected for everyone's enjoyment.

 

A GOOD TIME IS ANTICIPATED FOR ALL!!
