Chamber Cove is an indentation in a rocky shoreline, which rises two hundred feet in unscalable slate cliffs. The entrance to the cove is perhaps fifty fathoms wide. These brave points stand out strong and brave against the shore line.
This cove is remembered for one of the most famous marine disasters in the history of St. Lawrence, NF., The disaster of The Truxton and Pollux.
